How to watch SuncasTV Subscription Package Programs:
1. Go to "Channel" and click on the program you would like to watch:
2. If that program is a Subscription Package program, you will be redirected to the Member Login Page. Please input your username and PIN, and click the Log in button ONCE (If you click more than once, your account may be locked).
3. The Subscription Package Description will be shown after you login. Click
on the “Details” button
to continue or click “Back to Listings” button to go back.
4. After clicking “Details” button,
the Subscription Package details will show up. Click on the “Subscribe” button
to continue or “Back to Listings” button to go back.
5. After
clicking the “Subscribe” button, the Subscription Package Confirm
Payment page will show up. It includes the package duration (period of time you
can watch this package), cost amount and the current account credit available
in your account (to let you know you have enough money to watch the Subscription
Package). In the following example, you can watch this subscription package (the
whole Movie Channel) for one month, the cost is FREE, and the current account
credit available is $18. Even though the cost is free, you still need to click
on “Confirm Payment” button to continue:
6. After confirming the payment, you will see the following screen displaying the program name you are going to watch. Click on the “WatchNow” button and the program will start playing.
