Our SunBox uses the latest IPTV technology to convert data from your broadband internet connection into images on your TV. Scroll through the program menu with your remote control to find the show you want. You can Pause, Fast Forward or Reverse as if you're watching a DVD.

Register to watch content for free online! Your credit card will not be charged. I agree that Suncastv will charge $175 from my credit card for the Set-Top-Box (Sunbox). The $175 will refundable within 15 days from the Sunbox delivery day and only if the customer sends us back a workable Sunbox without any physical damage.

Return and Refund Policy
All sales are considered final, however, our refund and return policy applies as follows:


Cancellation can be made anytime with forfeiture of any credit left in the subscriber's account. Refund will be given only if the SunBox is returned to Suncastv 15 days from the Sunbox delivery day. The returned Sunbox should be in workable condition without any physical damage in order to receive a full refund. Any serious scratches will cost a $50 deduction from the refund amount. After Suncastv has received the returned SunBox, please allow 15 to 30 business days before Suncastv can issue the refund. Refund will be in the form of a check.
