If your having trouble registering
(after entering your email address and hitting "next" the email field becomes
blank) or are unable to play video, it is because Internet Explorer’s security
settings needs to be adjusted.
Here are the steps you'll need to take to
enable Suncastv to function properly on your computer.
1) At the bottom right hand corner you will see the Privacy Report Icon (picture
of an eyeball with a restricted symbol). If you see this icon, you will need to
adjust your Internet Explorer settings in order to access Suncastv.
2) Go to Tools - Internet Options(In Vista the user will need to hit the buttons
"Alt" and "T" at the same time for the menu options to show up).
3) Privacy - Sites
4) Enter the IP address 195.90.118.7 in the Address of Web site field and then
click Allow.
5) Enter the website gdbtv.com in the "Address of Web site" field and then
click Allow.
6) Then click "OK".
7) To apply these settings to the registration page, refresh your browser by
pressing "F5" or by reloading the registration page. The Privacy Icon should now
be gone and you're now ready to register with Suncastv!
