Cannot watch SuncasTV videos?

If your having trouble login (after entering your user name and pin and hitting "Login" the user name and pin fields become blank again) or are unable to play video, it may be because Internet Explorer’s security settings needs to be adjusted.
Here are the steps you'll need to take to enable SuncasTV to function properly on your computer.
1) At the bottom right hand corner you will see the “Privacy Report Icon” (picture of an eyeball with a restricted symbol). If you see this icon, you will need to adjust your Internet Explorer settings in order to access SuncasTV.
2) Double click on the “Privacy Report Icon”, a “Privacy Report” pop up box will show up, our website www.suncastv.com should be there. If you don’t see www.suncastv.com, click on the drop down box to select “All websites” :
3) Right click on the website name http://www.suncastv.com , a box will show up, click on “Always Accept cookies from this site.”, then click “Close”.
Why the videos cannot be played?
If you cannot watch any of our videos, or there is only sound but no video showing up, your Windows Media Player may need to be upgraded to version 11.

If you have tried the previous method and still cannot watch SuncasTV videos,
please try to use Firefox instead of Internet Explorer as your web browser. You
can download Firefox from the following website:
www.firefox.com
After downloading Firefox, please also download the "Windows Media Player
Plug-In for Firefox" which can help the videos to play smoothly in Firefox:
