No refunds or returns will be given due to outages. Inform us of an outage at suncastv@gmail.com and we will try our best to restore service as soon as possible. STB comes with a 1 year manufacturer warranty from date of purchase. Third party channels and content are included on the STB, however SuncasTV does not maintain or is responsible for these 3rd party channels and content.
